About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of successful projects from inception to delivery. This includes establishing and maintaining the project timeline, coordinating with clients, managing resources, and delivering on project expectations.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, monitor and control all aspects of a project
Prepare project estimates for time and cost
Stakeholder management
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project life cycle
Ensure that milestones are met by coordinating with team members
Create detailed work schedules to ensure efficient use of team members’ time - Monitor progress to identify potential risks or issues that may affect the project timeline or outcome - Manage changes in scope and requirements as they arise
Monitor budget throughout the project life cycle and report variances to the management and stakeholders as necessary
Ensure that quality standards are met by working closely with team members as needed
Requirements
The desired candidate must be a high school passed in any stream with a 0-12 month job experience in a customer handling profile.
Project Associates should be able to work under strict deadline oriented environment.
